ENHANCED FRONT DESK & CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN EXPERIENCE
New measures have been added at the Front Desk to ensure the safety of our guests and team members during contactless check-in, including; sanitized pens and room keys, plexiglass stands for effective separation and floor markers for safe social distance during interaction. In addition, we are ensuring that all high touch areas are disinfected thoroughly every two hours.
Cleaning protocols will greatly exceed brand housekeeping requirements. Our housekeeping team members are required to wear gloves and a face mask upon entering rooms. Surfaces will receive extra disinfection. As you enter your room, you will find freshly laundered bedding that has been washed at a high temperature after every stay. You will also notice that printed collateral and materials have been removed from the room.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Services have been adjusted in strict accordance with current CDC and FDA food safety recommendations and guidelines. Frequent cleaning and disinfection of lobby markets.
Frequent cleaning of all public areas. High-touch surfaces will be disinfected on a constant basis. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout all properties for guest use. As you walk through the lobby, you’ll notice that seating has been arranged to accommodate social distancing. Signage encouraging social distancing and explaining our Clean Promise program will also be on display.
ELEVATOR CLEANING & SANITIZER STATIONS
As you approach the elevator you’ll notice that surfaces are being cleaned frequently, with sanitizer available for your use. A maximum of three people will be permitted on each elevator at once.
If you use the hotel shuttle, you will find our drivers regularly cleaning and disinfecting all shuttle surfaces. Gloves or wipes will be used on luggage handles and sanitizer will be available to all riders.
When it’s time for your departure, we encourage guests to opt for paperless check-out to keep contact at a minimum. Guests may also see a front desk associate and drop any used room keys in our front desk container.
TEAM MEMBER TRAINING
Rigorous training for team members on overall housekeeping and hygiene protocols, safety and illness prevention in accordance with current CDC guidelines. All hotel team members must wear masks and gloves for guest safety. Additional precautions include regular temperature checks and staggered team member scheduling.
